Horseback Riding to Pachar Socma and Perolniyoc

Horseback Riding is a beautiful and unique way to explore the Sacred Valley of the Incas. While not having to walk, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful landscapes and the great waterfall Perolniyoc in its fullest bloom. Visiting the ancient Inca Temple Huaca-ñaupa iglesia, you will also satisfy your urge to know more about the Inca culture and the past times. As well, you will have loads of fun while riding your horse with your family and friends – an absolutely great experience you wouldn’t want to miss while staying around Cusco.
Itinerary
Day 1 | We will start our Horseback Riding in the community of Pachar, where we will receive our equipment and a short demonstration and instruction on Horseback Riding (in case you don’t have any experience). We first ride uphill to the Huarocondo Valley where we will enjoy the beautiful mountains and panoramic views. Also, we will discover some Inca Terraces and a really special Inca Temple called Huaca-ñaupa Iglesia. After roughly two 2 hours of Horseback Riding, we will arrive at the community of Socma, and after a short visit continue our trip to a beautiful 50-meter-high waterfall called Perolniyoc. We will there enjoy our lunch box and then return to Ollantaytambo. On request, we can include the private transport from and to Cusco, which has an extra cost of USD 50$ for two persons. One-way transport is USD 25$ for two people. |
