For thousands of years, humans have dreamed about flying. Have you read that sort of thing a few times before?
Well, these days, many people are coming very close to that often-expressed yearning by leaning into the wind, taking a few steps, and then gently parting company with the land of the Incas under their feet. and perhaps a few minutes later, turning into the rising warm air of a thermal and eventually rising, until you are just a speck, high up and far away in the domains of the Condor. Just pausing here to let you indulge in that incredible daydream for a few more moments.
Welcome to the exhilarating sport of paragliding (known as parapente in many countries) over the Sacred land of the Incas. Be amazed by the idea that what you can experiment with in a real aircraft can just be equally induced by a stuffed backpack that you can take anywhere, anyhow, at any time.

Full Itinerary
At 08:00 am, we will embark on our adventurous trip to the Chinchero area in the upper hills of the Sacred Valleys of the Incas. We will get there early to catch the rising thermals wafting up the valley walls. These are the same thermals the condors use to lift themselves to the sky! In the flying zone, the pilot will give you instructions, discuss the current weather conditions, and demonstrate how the equipment works. We prepare the parachute and wait for the perfect moment to take off. We run and jump over the edge of the hill – once in the air, you will have the most fantastic view of the valley and its landscapes, including the beautiful Huaypo lagoon. You will be in the air for about 15 to 30 minutes, reaching altitudes of up to 30,000 feet. After this extraordinary experience, we land and get back to Cusco in the afternoon.
Please note that the activity is weather-dependent, so you may need a whole day to ensure you can fly, as the last chance is around 04:00 pm.

- Full name, as written in your passport (please include a scanned copy of your passport)

- Send a deposit of 60% of the total price of your tour. (The remainder of your balance will be due upon your arrival in Cusco.) Payment can be made via Western Union, PayPal, or ABN AMRO Bank in Holland, or securely and directly through our website by selecting your desired tour and clicking the BOOK NOW button.

- Single persons pay US$30 plus.
