1. Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit or full payment (as specified in the tour details) is required to confirm your reservation.
Your booking is considered confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us.
You are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking.
2. Payments
Prices are listed in USD (or as stated on the website).
Full payment must be completed before the tour departure date.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Any bank charges, international transfer fees, or currency exchange fees are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
By the Client:
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the cancellation policy stated in your specific tour package.
Some services (such as permits, entrance tickets, or train tickets) may be non-refundable.
By the Company:
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, safety concerns, or minimum participant requirements.
In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative tour or a refund of payments made (excluding non-recoverable third-party costs).
4. Changes & Modifications
Any changes requested by the client after booking confirmation may be subject to additional charges.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, or operational requirements. Any changes will aim to provide a comparable experience.
5. Travel Documents & Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required vaccinations.
We are not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Trip cancellation
Medical expenses
Emergency evacuation
Personal belongings
Green Peru Adventures is not responsible for losses resulting from a lack of insurance coverage.
7. Health & Fitness
Some tours involve physical activity such as trekking at high altitudes. Clients must:
Assess their physical fitness before booking.
Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect participation.
Follow the instructions of the tour guides at all times.
We reserve the right to deny participation if a client’s health condition poses a risk to themselves or others.
8. Limitation of Liability
Green Peru Adventures acts as a tour operator and may use third-party service providers (transport, hotels, guides, etc.).
We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Weather conditions
Political events
Strikes or transportation delays
Participation in tours is at the client’s own risk.

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Green Peru Adventures and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.
10. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Peru.
