Paragliding Tandem Flights over the Sacred Valley
For thousands of years, man has dreamt of flying.... Have you read that sort of thing a few times before? Well, these days many people are coming very close to that often-expressed yearning by leaning into the wind, taking a few steps and then gently parting company with the land of the Incas under your feet and perhaps, a few minutes later, turning into the rising warm air of a thermal and eventually climbing, until you are just a speck, high up and far away in the domains of the Condor.

Welcome to the exhilarating sport of paragliding, known in many countries as parapente, over the Sacred Valley fo the Incas. Be amazed at what is achievable in a real aircraft that can be stuffed in a backpack and taken anywhere, anyhow, any time.
Itinerary
At 8:30 in the morning we will travel to Chincheros. You must get up early to catch the rising thermals wafting up the valley walls. This is the same reason you have to get up early to see condors. In Chincheros the guide will give instructions, talk about weather conditions, and demonstrate the equipment. We prepare the parapente. Then we run with it. Then we practice landings. We run and jump over little ledges of a meter (the first time), then up to five or ten meters, and practice landing. We come back to Cusco after noon when the good winds die, also there is the possibility of returning later.

* Complete Paragliding Equipment (radio, paraglide, harness, and helmet).

Important
We advise you to Bring:
* Snack for Lunch, ( we can stay all day waiting for good thermal winds)
* Sporty clothes (shorts may be suitable).
* Sun-block.
* Sun-glasses.
* Small backpack.
* Bottle of water.
* Warm clothes (Jacket).
* Clothing and Comfortable Shoes.
* Raincoat or Poncho (in rainy season).
* Video camera or Photo Camera.
