Huchuy Qosqo Adventure cultural trek 2Day 1Night
Did you miss the classic Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, well you don´t have to worry about it, because Cusco itself has more than one Inca trail. We invite you to join the hike of one of the sections of the original Inca trial to Machu Picchu, starting at the main Plaza de Armas of Cusco, the same starting point as the Inca's pilgrimage to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu.
This path offers amazing views of the landscapes, lagoons, lama shepherds, potato fields and the majestic Inca citadel of Huchuy Qosco (small Cusco city), from where you can see all of the sacred valley of the Incas and the most important Apus (sacred mountains) Huchuy Qosco which used to be the capital city before Cusco. This Citadel is well organised with a main Plaza and also avenues, palaces and temples, storage houses (tambos), guardian houses and also new excavations.
